Troubleshooting

?
Add a reading log is not available or the pupil cannot be selected.
Check that you are viewing the correct class and pupil. If the pupil is managed through Wonde, changes to pupil and class data must be made in the school MIS and may not appear in BoomReader until the normal overnight synchronisation.
?
The pupil has no active book.
The reading log requires an active book. Choose Add Book if you have the appropriate workflow available, or Cancel and arrange for the correct book to be assigned.
?
I need to change an MIS-managed pupil or book.
For a Wonde school, make the change in the school MIS rather than manually creating or editing the pupil in BoomReader. For other MIS-managed setups, follow the school’s approved MIS process.
?
I am unsure whether the reading was saved.
Check the pupil’s Activity tab for the reading record. If it is not present, repeat the entry and select Add Record.
